1. Return Policy

Satva Aura accepts returns only under specific and limited conditions.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your product if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

For hygiene, energy-cleansing, and purity reasons:

❌ Used or worn bracelets cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, stretched, or physically damaged products
  • Customized or intention-filled items
  • Items without original packaging or missing components

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are strictly conditional and issued only after a full inspection by our team.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued only if:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The return has been approved in writing

Refunds are processed after the returned product passes inspection.

Satva Aura may reject a refund if the returned item shows damage beyond what was originally reported.

Refund Method

After approval:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method,
    or
  • Provided as store credit, if preferred

Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
(Additional bank or payment gateway time may apply.)

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Missing beads, charms, or parts
  • Return requests made after 5 days
  • Shipping charges, handling fees, and payment gateway fees

For international orders, customs charges, import fees, and duties are non-refundable.


3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for manufacturing defects, and only within 5 days of delivery.

Approval depends on product availability and inspection by Satva Aura.


4. Satva Aura 2-Year Warranty (Bracelets)

All Satva Aura bracelets come with a limited 2-year warranty.

Warranty Covers

βœ” Free Repair or Re-stringing due to normal wear and tear
βœ” Valid only if:

  • All beads are available
  • Original bracelet or remaining parts are provided
  • Damage occurred naturally (e.g., string break)

Not Covered Under Warranty

❌ Lost beads
❌ Broken pendants/locks due to misuse
❌ Damage from chemicals, water, perfume, or harsh handling
❌ Intentional or forceful breakage
❌ Third-party repairs or alterations

Shipping Costs

  • Repair service is free
  • Shipping charges for sending and returning the product are paid by the customer

Use a reliable, trackable courier service when sending items for repair.

How to Claim Warranty

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours ONLY if the item has not been packed or shipped.
  • Once processing has begun or the order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders exclude payment gateway charges, which are non-refundable.
