Satva Aura is committed to delivering orders worldwide with care and efficiency. All international shipments are subject to the terms below. By placing an international order, you agree to this policy.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All prepaid international orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Dispatch timelines may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or high-volume periods.

Satva Aura reserves the right to delay dispatch without prior notice in case of logistical constraints.

2. International Delivery Timelines (From Dispatch Date)

Delivery timelines vary depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Customs processing time
  • Local postal or courier handling
  • Government regulations or inspections

Estimated Delivery Window:

7–21 working days
(Customs delays may extend delivery beyond this window.)

These timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Satva Aura is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Security checks
  • Local courier backlogs
  • Weather disruptions
  • Government restrictions or transport delays

3. Courier Partners

We partner with globally recognized international carriers.
Courier selection is done solely at the company’s discretion.

Customers cannot request a specific courier service.

4. International Shipping Charges

International shipping charges vary based on:

  • Weight
  • Destination country
  • Shipping mode
  • Courier availability

5. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges, or inspection fees imposed by the destination country are:

100% the responsibility of the customer
Not included in the product or shipping price
Non-refundable under any circumstances

Refusal to pay customs duties will not qualify for cancellation, refund, or free reshipment.

If the package is:

  • Returned due to unpaid customs
  • Held indefinitely
  • Destroyed by customs

Satva Aura will not issue a refund.

6. Risk of Loss & Transit Liability

Once the order is handed over to the international courier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Satva Aura is not liable for:

  • Transit delays
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Misdelivery due to incorrect address
  • Customs-hold delays
  • Courier operational issues

Customers must ensure the shipping address and contact details are accurate.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the shipment arrives damaged or tampered with:

You MUST:

  1. Refuse delivery immediately
  2. Email us within 24 hours at:

    Include:
    • Order ID
    • Photos/Videos of the package (mandatory)

Failure to follow these steps voids eligibility for assistance.

If refused correctly:

  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier
  • Resolution may take 10–30 working days, depending on the carrier
  • Replacement or refund will be issued only if confirmed by the courier
    Satva Aura’s decision is final based on courier verification.

8. Orders Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows Delivered but the package is not received:

  • Report it within 24 hours to

We will escalate with the international courier team.

Reports made after 24 hours cannot be investigated, and Satva Aura holds no responsibility for lost shipments.

9. Multiple-Item Orders

For international shipments:

  • All items may ship together or separately based on stock availability
  • Shipping charges apply based on total shipment weight

Satva Aura determines the optimal packaging and shipping method.

10. Non-Serviceable or Restricted Locations

If the destination cannot be serviced due to:

  • Customs restrictions
  • Courier limitations
  • Import bans
  • Political restrictions

Satva Aura may:

  • Request an alternate address
    or
  • Cancel the order and issue a refund minus payment gateway fees

Company decision will be final.

11. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is fully responsible for:

  • Providing correct shipping details
  • Being available to receive the package
  • Paying customs/import duties
  • Tracking the shipment
  • Responding to courier customs queries promptly

Failure to comply may result in delays or non-delivery.
